Typically, orders are processed within 1 day of purchase but can take up to 3 days depending on the amount of orders received.

Orders received after 3 PM PST, will be processed the following business day.

It usually takes 7 - 25 days for a product to be delivered. This depends on the quantity of orders and complexity of the order.

If your order has not arrived after 30 days, please feel free to contact us at info@bedandcomfort.com and we will do our best to sort out any problems with shipping.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after its delivery. To be eligible for refunds or exchanges a proof of purchase is needed. Items must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition you received it. 

For returns and exchanges please contact us at info@bedandcomfort.com with an attachment of your proof of purchase and we will send you information and instructions on the refund/exchange process.

Please allow 7-10 business days, after your item is received us, for your refunds to be processed and credited back to your account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
