Refund policy
Returns/Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Since our products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers, all returns must be coordinated through us. Please contact us at info@bedandcomfort.com with your receipt or proof of purchase and photos if applicable. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we cannot guarantee cancellation as fulfillment may have already begun.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from the approved refund notification, please contact us at info@bedandcomfort.com.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are refundable only for the purchase amount paid.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@bedandcomfort.com for return instructions.
Gifts
Items received as gifts require proof of purchase for returns or exchanges. Refunds for gift returns will be credited to the original purchaser.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund. Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location and supplier.
For returns of items valued over $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items in the absence of tracking.
