SHIPPING

How long does it take for orders to process?

Typically, orders are processed within 2 - 5 days of purchase but can vary depending on the amount of orders received.

Orders received after 3 PM PST, will be processed the following business day.

How long is shipping?

It usually takes 10 - 30 days for a product to be delivered. This depends on the quantity of orders, and complexity of the order.

If your order has not arrived after 30 days, please feel free to contact us at info@bedandcomfort.com and we will do our best to sort out any problems with shipping.

RETURN POLICY AND EXCHANGE POLICY

What is the return policy?

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after its delivery. To be eligible for refunds or exchanges a proof of purchase is needed. Items must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition you received it. 

For returns and exchanges please contact us at info@bedandcomfort.com with an attachment of your proof of purchase and we will send you information and instructions on the refund/exchange process.

Please allow 7-10 business days, after your item is received us, for your refunds to be processed and credited back to your account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What is the exchange policy?

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of exchanging items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
